I have always had good service. I've been taking my son there for 8 years. Lately they automatically give him the mvp without asking. Last time I specifically had to ask for the haircut only.

Don't bother with the online check in. I checked in online and it told me 52 min wait. So, my son and I left with plenty time. We were 5 min away and I got a text that my stylist would be ready in the next 10 min. When we got there. The stylist had already taken simone else. So we had to wait another 25 min.
