Checked in online and was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. Waited right outside in my vehicle (covid rules) for exactly 1 hour. When I went inside to tell them I would have to reschedule the hairstylist laughed. It wasn’t funny, it was rude, and she made no attempt to help.

My wife and I took our two boys (3 and 4) in to get their hair cut tonight. Our first boys haircut is decent but our second boys hair cut is not even close to what we wanted, so much that my wife walked out at the end because she was so upset. Besides the haircuts being sub par to say the least the "stylist" seemed to have an attitude from the beggining like cutting a child's hair is a burden even when your getting paid to do it. The sad thing is we tip well if you provide a good service but the even sadder part is I actually still tipped her. I will never go to a sports clips again.
