5/22 - I was just at your location and there were two stylist. The man proceeded to cut my hair and I sat in the chair for 50 minutes and this "stylist" had no idea what he was doing. I have straight hair and ask they use scissor.. I do not use the clipper method for cutting my hair and he was at a loss on how to cut it. The whole experience was a joke. I basically walked out (paid for it) and had little to no hair actually cut off. I still need a haircut!!!

I have been frequenting the Forum location since it opened and ALWAYS enjoy terrific service. Shauna is one of the best!
