I asked for a fade on the sides and a trim on top and I did not get the fade at all and the lady didn’t get anything on top even. I will no longer be taking my business there and will be going to better salons that aren’t so expensive.

I live across the street from this establishment when I went in I was automatically greeted I had a mop on my head and I wish I remembered the lady’s name but she was very friendly and I will return even if I live across town thank you

I booked online and showed first on the wait list. The store hours on the final screen stated that it opened at 11am. I’m in the middle of running errands and I received a notification that I’ve been removed and I missed my appointment. I rebooked immediately but now somehow have 5 other people ahead of me. I went straight to the store but just got lip service from the stylist .. that IT is working on it .. and no offer to get me in. She just said she didn’t see a record of my earlier appointment. I even have the texts. Poor service and I should have been worked in versus having to wait an hour.
